Official Notice Regarding Tokens, Use of Likeness, and Endorsements.
I have not authorized an official token. No token should be represented as my official token, or as having my authorization, merely because it uses my name, image, voice, likeness, branding, or a character associated with me. Describing a token as a community, fan, tribute, or unofficial project does not establish my approval, participation, or endorsement.
Statements made by third parties concerning my involvement with a token or project do not speak for me. Any claimed authorization, affiliation, partnership, or endorsement should be verified against an explicit statement made by me through my official channels listed below.
The appearance of my name or likeness in a token’s name, promotional materials, website, social media account, or other content does not, by itself, establish any relationship with me. My silence or failure to respond to a third-party claim should not be interpreted as consent or approval.
Blockchain tokens and other digital assets may be transferred to a wallet without the recipient’s request or consent. An unsolicited transfer to a wallet associated with me does not, by itself, establish that I authorized the token, participated in its creation, entered into a business relationship with its creators, or endorsed the project. The presence of such assets in a wallet does not, by itself, make a token official or authorized.
My discussion of a token or project, participation in an interview, or publication of related news or commentary does not, by itself, constitute an endorsement, a recommendation to purchase, or a guarantee of value, performance, or legitimacy.
Gokhshtein Media and Gokhshtein PR may provide services to, or maintain commercial relationships with, sponsors, advertisers, and clients. Those relationships do not automatically constitute my personal endorsement of a token or project, nor do they authorize a third party to represent a token as my official token.
Any personal endorsement must be assessed in the context of the specific communication and applicable disclosures. This notice does not replace disclosures required in connection with sponsored or promotional content.
If I authorize an official token, I will announce that authorization expressly through my official channels. A reference, repost, mention, or appearance alone should not be treated as such an announcement.
